I got one of these about 2 years ago. I use it about once a week and despite all of the Cathe core work I do for the balance of the week, I get DOMS every time with this workout. Now don't get me wrong - I LOVE DOMS. I'm just surprised that I keep feeling it in my core and torso like I do. Wondering if anyone else has the same experience.
