I'm sure others do this. I've been modifying my wt workouts in order to go heavy. I'm really trying to push myself-getting ready to "BRING IT" with P90x}( }( }( (which I just got yesterday). What I do is slow the pace down and go as heavy as I can to lift for 8-10 reps. I also change it up and add some more sets (I usually skip the leg presses- hate em) This morn did GS legs and totally suprised myself that I squatted 50 pounds - regular and plie squats. I also felt like I could lift more
!! We'll See tomorrow

PS: just wondering for those of you with P90X- I was thinking of taking a week off wts and doing just cardio before starting. Good idea or bad???
