Every time I do RWH plyo 1, my calves are sore. I can't figure out which specific move causes this, and curious if anybody else experiences this and knows why
There are moves to execute on tippy toes. Some moves are not high impact but require you lift yourself up with your heels up standing on the ball of your foot. Scissors scissors while circling arms. One arm burpee require landing right on spot on tippy toes too ;-) To name few of them
I do experience some calves soreness doing plyos and weight from time to time.
When I go out dancing on regular basis my calves do get worked too. I do dance on the ball of my feet salsa and other afro carribean dance . I do experience soreness. What I like the most is my hip is more mobile.
