doctor appt. today!!

whew!! i feel soooooo much better and excited. we got to hear the baby's heartbeat today...yippee!! i feel so reassured after each dr. visit. it's funny because normally i dread going to the doctor yet i can't wait for each and every prenatal visit!! i woke up extra early this morning and couldn't go back to sleep because of the anticpation....hahaha

That's great Sunny and I know how you feel! I look forward to the appointments too, just to hear the doc say everything is okay, etc.

My little one is starting to throw some good kicks and punches around in there! I love laying on the couch with my hand on my belly so that I can feel all of his movements. It's so exciting! Ofcourse, I have to "fight" for space to put my hand coz my DH is always wanting to feel the movements too! lol

Very exciting Sunnydelite! It's good to hear that things are going along so well for you. Have your first trimester symptoms dissipated yet?

i am happy to report i really had no first trimester symptons. i had slight naseous feeling but once i changed my prenatal vitamins that went away. i am one of the lucky ones. this is my second child and the second time i got away with morning sicknes...;o)
i am feeling more energetic. i am now able to keep my eyes open pass 7pm...lol

That is great news about hearing the heartbeat. What a special moment! Like Wendy said, with my first pregnancy I also looked forward to each doctor visit for reassurance that everything was going as expected. I'm sure I will feel the same way this time around as well. Hopefully next week I will be able to post news about hearing the heartbeat too. I'm also glad to hear that you have more energy now.
