Do you lift heavy during circuit workouts?

It kind of depends on my mood. But my favorite circuit is the Gauntlet. I've changed it up into a cardio/lower body workout so there are no arm exercises. I lift as heavy as I can go on that one, with all the squats, lunges, etc. and get a really great workout.
 
It depends on the circuit and what you what the workout to be. If it's a workout that's more like a 'cardio with someweights, but keeping cardio intensity," then I'd go lighter on weights and focus on the cardio. If it's a "weight workout with cardio intervals to keep the intensity up," then I'd go heavy on weights. If it's something in between, then you can focus on one or the other, depending on your goals or mood.
 
If I've been doing the same circuit for a while and my body is adjusting, I try to continue to increase my weights until I'm lifting as heavily as I can with good form as long as I can perform and finish everything. Other times, to make sure I have the endurance and cardio capacity to finish the workout I may not lift as heavy but I always make sure what I lift is very challenging.
