do you do additional weight training

Cathe, do you have a seperate in the gym workout routine with free weights only to take on the shape that you now have or can you get that look by using your videos only, (as long as they have weights involved)? Can you recommend what videos would be good to achieve a long lean, but well defined look. I am not over weigh just not toned, and I just purchased the intensity series. Any others please let me know.

I do seem to recall Cathe once casually mentioning that she has her own weight program in addition to her videos. I seem to be of the impression it was in the gym. I don't recall if it was free weights only or included machines. I'd be inclined to think she would take advantage of some machines for variety and because you can't really mimic their moves with dumbells (think lat pull down.)
