I know im doing 4ds legs today, not sure what else. I need to do a cardio since im trying to lose weight:rolleyes:...

~QUESTION~Any body familiar with the bosu ball? I've thought about getting one but was wanting more opinions on it...how do you like it? Is it challenging to workout on? (challenging as in a high dread factor?)

Karen-Do you have a Bosu Ball? I noticed Mindy has a few workouts with them..

Sherry-I thought the same thing when i read Belinda's post, she runs 3miles with sinus trouble and for the past few days i have been complaining about working out inside..in the AC:confused: Good job on your walks. I think walking is a magic workout,lol...everytime i go on vacation i will end up losing weight because we walk so much. There is something to it...

My workout is done, decided on DM cardio drills through 5 then did some bb squats + the lower body on DM. Pretty good workout. I also plan on walking the dog this evening...the kids are suppose to go to there meme's so im crossing my fingers that they do, mommy needs a break:confused:
 
Hi everyone!

I was going to do a workout this evening, but when I stopped by the library on the way home from work, they were doing a blood drive, and the Red Cross has been calling me to give, so I did. Hence, no workout, heavy lifting or other strenuous activity this evening. I'm thinking about switching to weights at lunch so that I'm not as sweaty. Was thinking I'd follow the 4DS for sets. At least for this next week. We'll see how it works. Want to get some serious cardio in this weekend. My in-laws are here, but it shouldn't be a problem. Nothing scheduled with the kids for a change.

Yay, had a good nights sleep(except for that damn chihuahua waking me up once, whining because he couldn't get his little fat but on the bed).

Im starting Debbie's Getting Ready for Summer 2010 Monday:D Well, the Generic breakdown of it...that will give me more variety because i don't have all the workouts.

Today will be some cardio,abb then some yoga(Rodney yoga,not Jillian yoga:confused:)

Sherry-I would say giving blood is a more than a good enough excuse to miss a workout, good for you. I need to give blood, i never have:eek:

Good morning.

Just back from taking the dog to the vet for a vaccine. Was thinking about an MMA workout, but it's so gorgeous out right now, that I think I'll be taking the pup for a nice long walk. Will do both of us some good.

My inlaws are in town for the weekend, but not a lot planned. They like to relax, so probably not doing a whole lot. Need to enjoy the break from the normal chaos.

Im not sure what im doing today, i was thinking of taking a rest day but I've got my eye on HSC....will see. First i have to drag the kids to wally world for grocery's. Hopefully there is still food on the shelves...that place is a mad house all time but even worse during holidays:confused:
