I took a benedryl last night(well two) and im still sneezing and blowing my nose. I ran out of Zyrtec,gotta go get some more today for sure.

has anyone read the Twilight Series? Im on the first book right now and just LOVE IT! Can't put it down. Its fabulous,i saw the movie...i think the second part comes on in Dec. My DD liked the movie too

Today is 4DS KB or BC + 4DSLegs and some abb work. I also plan on walking the dog this afternoon! My goal is to walk her atleast 3days a week in the afternoon(extra cardio)

Hey everyone - This is going to be a quick post - DH and I are getting ready to travel to IN to visit his folks.

Today was the last disk of Meso 2! It went by really quick. During my rest periods I was doing some cleaning in the living room. (I know, I should have been stretching...) Not sure if I will get to do cardio tomorrow or not. I am bringing my running shoes with me....

Heidi - Have fun with your race this weekend! Do you run for fun or are you really competitive?

Thank you Amelia and Karen for your cheering! I look forward to the race tomorrow!
Headed out shortly to pick up my race number and shirt.

Karen: I would race this one if it were just me but my DD might be joining me also a friend. Not sure what to do....run with DD or walk with friend????? Or....race on my own. DD is a runner and we do pretty well together. She and I both run for our health and well being. We have done races together in the past and have gone at our own paces. She is faster than I am but that is ok. This was going to be a fun run for the two of us because we haven't really done too much running outside this winter.

Have a safe trip to IN! Enjoy your time with the family. Nice job finishing up Meso 2!

This morning was steady run on the TM. 4miles easy 48min. Abs from Tracey. Extended stretch from Cathe's STS program. Feel great!

Amelia: Have a great workout and walk this afternoon! How are you with DOMS lately?
Did you do the PUB the other day? I still have DOMS from this one!

OH...the race course is fairly flat with no big hills! Forgot to mention that the other day.

workout done. 4DS KB+Legs,core and then jumped on the treadmill for a mile. Burned 668cals...Awesome.

Heidi-I never did do PUB the other day,i didn't want to turn my movie off so i decided to do my own pub. I hardly ever get doms anymore...it if do,there nothing 'fancy'.
Fantastic news on the race course...im thinking about signing up for a race in may...but the title of it is 'crazy hills mania'.....,think i will pass. Unless i walk the whole thing with the occasional 'trott'

Hi girls,

I went to the ENT doctor this morning; I couldn’t sleep all night long. My nostrils are completely blocked. He took an ultrasound from my sinus; he said there isn’t any improvement since Monday. He wanted to do another nose rinse (were he brakes to the bone in my nose and flush the infection out) I just had it done a week ago! I told him no way I let him do that again, lol! He put some meds in both my nostrils, which helped for a few hours. Now my left side is blocked again.He told me to come back in 5 day, when I am done with the penicillin. He strongly advised me to see a dentist, because the infection isn’t going away and sometimes is related with an infected tooth or gum. After coming home from the ENT, I called the dentist on base and told them I had an infection in sinus (sinusitis) for the last 3 weeks. They told me to come in right away and a doctor will take a look. They took x-rays, checked out my teeth and gums, he couldn’t find anything wrong with me (I haven’t seen a dentist in over a 1 ½ years, lol) he also had a specialist take a look at my teeth and gums just in case he missed something. They really took care of me! The both said my teeth and gums are healthy. Now I almost wished I had something wrong with my teeth, than knowing he ENT has to go in my nose with this giant needles again. I am praying for a miracle by Monday, I don’t want to get surgery. I haven’t slept longer than 2 hours a night for the last 3 week; this is definatly taking a lot out of me. DH is coming back from the states tomorrow, thank goodness! Why isn’t the infection going away? I am doing everything the doctors give or tell me!

I am sorry, I know this getting old. I know you all getting tired of reading the same old thing and really noting is changing.
