Good morning! I made it to work a little early and I am the only one hear so I decided to have a little ME time! It was too cold to run this morning so I will do CC #1 at lunch!
How is everyone? It seems like forever since I chatted with you guys! Lovin' the name change! Was anyone following BFL to a fault?
Heidi, when is your mom coming? How's Carolyn and the rest of the gang since the hurricane?
Belinda, how are things with you?
Amelia, how's work going? Are you still working several days a week?

I think I heard a car door...must be the doc! I hope to have a little time this afternoon to chat!

Carolyn is in the hospital still.
The hurricane passed off shore from Grand Cayman and they did ok damage wise.
The sister islands did not fare as well. We spoke with the family on the main island and they are telling us that the other 2 islands have been torn apart pretty bad. They have no water or electric at this time. As far as we can tell they are under lockdown and no reports have come out. We have family on those 2 islands as well and we can't get in touch with them. Very scary to have this happen to such small islands!
I hope that you have a great fun later! I have been really busy this morning and haven't workedout yet either.

Hallo girls,
No workout yesterday! It was my DH’s birthday! We drove to Regensburg and I bought my DH a bicycle.
I was in the hospital (German) all morning with DH, he’s getting endoscopic septum Surgery tomorrow. I wasn’t pleased with the staff; it is so different from an American hospital. We have private insurance and they told us my DH wasn’t getting a 2 bedroom (which this hospital is calling a private room, LOL!) They told us there is no guarantee he was getting one, I was pissed! They are charging the military for private rooms, and you end up in a ward! I don’t think so! Who wants to share a room with six others? German hospital rooms do not have privacy or dividers. Everything is in the open. I know I am German, but I am not used to German hospitals anymore, nor do I want to get used to that crap. It seemed like no one knew what the other was doing! A total mess! DH is staying in the hospital until Friday, if they have a private room! If not he will not getting the surgery done tomorrow!
Heidi** I decided to take it easy this week! With DH going in the hospital tomorrow, I don’t have a lot of time! I pulled out the Bodyblast Timsaver for this week. Next week I will start a new rotation! My legs feel fine, thanks for asking! How are your arms feeling today? Love the color off your kitchens. It was cold all day long here in Germany! Did I miss something? Carolyn is in the hospital? What is wrong with her?

I eneded up doing Body Blast Timesaver #1! Just perfect!

Oh Dear! Your poor DH! I hope that they can give him a private room! It is only fair if that is what the insurance is paying for! I hope everything goes well. I will be keeping him and YOU in my thoughts.
Carolyn is my DH's aunt from the Cayman Islands. She was recently in for surgery to remove a breast. She has cancer and she also has diabetes. She is not healing well so they had to put her back in again.
The islands just went through a hurrican and thankfully the main island wasn't hit hard. However the other 2 sister islands got it bad. I hope to hear more from the family to learn the fate of the rest of the family from those 2 islands.
Body Blast Timesave huh? Sounds just what I could use right about now! It has been very hectic today at work. I got downtown to the postal and totally forgot today was a holiday!!! So now I am back home and exhausted from all the running around today.
I will try to get in some cardio later. I am just not sure what yet. Either a step workout or a good solid run.

I don’t think I can handle more than Timesaver this week! Make sure you get same rest today with all that running around you been doing! Enjoy your workout later! Working out helped me today!

Belinda! Major (((((((HUGS))))) for DH tomorrow! I hope you get the best room, the best doctor and the best in healing! We will all be thinking of him tomorrow! I will need to google "endoscopic septum" Is that a deviated septum? OUCH! ((((HUGS))) to you too especially because you will be sitting the waiting room! Do you have someone that will wait with you? Another late post!
Head not so good this a.m., so slept another hour. As the day has gone on, is getting better. We'll see how I am in the a.m., but I'm on the road to feeling better.
As for cold, we had a few inches of snow to scrape off the car yesterday morning. Some of it's still hanging around. The garage door spring broke last week right before I left, and it's getting fixed tomorrow. Yeah! No more scraping windows in the morning!
Belinda - I hope DH's surgery goes well. Keeping you in my thoughts.
Heidi - Hope your family is OK on the islands.
Amelia - Waving "HI" as you pass through.
Stephanie - Glad you could stop by.
See all of you tomorrow. Sleep well tonight.
