Glad you girls had a nice Labor Day weekend!

I had the MRI yesterday, wasn't to bad! Just a little loud Now I have to wait until Friday to get the final results I hate waiting! Took a walk after my MIR with DH, I will take a walk today again.

Amelia, nice job with PH yesterday.

Heidi, glad you enjoying the GS’s, nice calorie burn! I will post the rotation later! How much was it to join JM website? And what are you lerning?

today i will attempt yoga x (from p90x) its about 1:30 long...last time i got through 45mins of it and i was working up a really good sweat!

Hi girls,

I am done with my walk, which felt much better today.My back is feeling a little better today. I am also planning to do TBS, I will go easy! I am getting so stiff. I miss my workouts:( The weather is so nice, perfecto for a nice run:rolleyes::(

Heidi, yeah! The doctor is out of town until Thursday. I always could go to see an military doctor here on post, which I will do if I don’t like the results, lol! The only bad thing is he is not a orthopedist! I am hoping to be back to normal soon!

I did Low Max 1-4 intervals. Great wake up call!
burned a whopping 600 cals according to my HRM. Avg hr was messed up due to a couple of phone calls I had to stop for. Oh well.
Avg: 134
Peak: 167
Minimum: 90
In zone: 25.08 (pretty good)
I like the calories burned the most. I wonder how many I would burn on the 4-7 interval?

Ok off to shower and work!

Belinda: That is great news that your walk went well. :) Just take it easy I know how it is to want to get back to what your used to doing. It won't be long. ;)

Heidi-Fabulous cal burn today girl!! Step always gives me high cal burns too...guess its all that stepping.

Karen-What are you up to today? How did your workout go?

Belinda-Nice job on your walk...how was TBS?

My workout is done, YogaX. I did about 47mins of it this time then watched the rest. It got easier shortly after i stopped. :rolleyes: My legs were screaming during all those warrior poses:confused:
