Hi and good morning,

I am done with my workout :p DH and I went to the gym, at 6.am, I did CC the TC, burned 820 cal. I was soaked in sweat. I also did SM with the ball. Had a great workout.

I have a busy day ahead, I have no time for personals. SORRY!

Belinda-awesome calorie burn today girl...i couldn't get my dH out of bed that early unless i lit his pants on fire:eek:. WTG for you DH too..

Im up early,went to bed pretty early. I plan on going to the park and doing a run interval. I had fun the other day. Hopefully it won't rain...

DH started his night shift last night...it was nice to have the evening to myself:eek:. I caught up on some shows that were recorded and read for an hour before falling asleep. He works 3days on/4 days off...then it reverses the next week with 4days on/ 3days off. Isn't too bad, i believe i can handle it!:)

No workout for me yesterday. Called it a rest day. I worked out 5 days in a row anyway.

Heidi-Enjoy PH legs and coremax today...i think i will take a rest day tomorrow. I need one,not much energy on my run interval today!

CCV3 is done...i added in about 5mins of walking so my HR would come down. Burned 375cals. I like going to the park...think i will start doing it twice a week.

Upper body is still a little sore today from PUB. Now my lower body is sore today from Kickmax - which I did last night. I wasn't feeling too good last night during the workout (felt like there was a lead ball in my stomach) but I somehow got through it. (it wasn't pretty though!) I might take my rest day today since its Friday! :) I'll see what DH's plans are for the night.

Eating has been pretty good this month. I gave up custard for this month and I hardly miss it at all. I am very proud of myself. Its always that first 24 hours that is hard. :p

I'm doing a checkin with my sister now too. Hopefully we can help each other through some rough patches and support each other to reach some of our health goals. I was trying to get her to check in on here, but I think she was intimidated by all of the fellow crazy strong people. :p

I did my workout this morning:

Can anyone else do those hanging things for abs? I certainly can't get my legs completly off the ground! ;)

Amelia: Nice job on your run! It is good to get out to run and you did it! :)

Karen: Have a nice rest day if that is your plan. AWESOME! You gave up custard and you should be proud! ;)

Oh your Sis would get loads of support here! There are members of all ages and fitness levels! Tell her not to let some of those crazy member or Forum names scare her! LOL!
She is more than welcome to join in the fun!
