Im not sure what im doing today, I was suppose to take a rest day yesterday so i may just do that today. Im kinda tired...didn't sleep very well last night:(

Belinda and Amelia: OH MY LEGS! LOL! I am sore today! What was I thinking about doing legs after a long walk with my DD the day before. I am not used to the road anymore!

Today is GS C&T plus a 20min run. I can manage the upper body workout but not too sure about the running. ;) More like thumping! HAHA! :)

Ended up taking the dogs for a walk. I forgot to take my meds today, so my back was hurting this afternoon. I had my first PT also today, felt great afterwards.

Heidi, LOL, about your legs! You go, girl! Have fun with GS C&T plus a 20min run today.
