Good morning'

Today I will take a walk and try to do some abs on the ball!

Thanks for all the kind words yesterday:D You girls rock! I know one thing, I have to keep my eats under control:rolleyes: I don't want to gain all that weight back that I have lost. Yesterday I really thought the doc. would tell me, get off your lazy butt and do what you have been doing. I already charged my ipod, I miss my CC's. My plan is to get back to normal soon.;)
I alos decited to get a 2nd opinion next week.


I will catch up later with personals, have nothing else to do:(
 
Morning girls..i decided to not do the race. TOM started yesterday morning and its really got me tuckered:( DH is home after not seeing himf or 5days...so im just not up to it.

But i do have GOOD NEWS....My WI was this morning:D Im down 4.2lbs since last sunday. Im sure its mostly water weight but im still so proud of myself, and the weightloss is so motivating. I wasn't really hungry this week either...and I thought i would be starving eating so little. I made sure i ate really healthy;)

Belinda-Why not listen to your CC's while walking? Or will that make you want to run? I can understand if it does...enjoy your walk and abb work!

Karen-How are you doing today? Any projects this weekend?

Heidi-What workout is planned for today? I think i will do that treadmill challenge workout you told me about tomorrow.

Well,today is a rest day. And its my higher calorie day...looking forward to that. Were suppose to take the kids to the zoo so i will be getting in alot of walking. Have a good day!
 
Hello and Good morning...almost afternoon here!

I have been busy doing paperwork, cleaning up the kitchen, doing laundry and changing the beds. Also working on the second oven of my double oven. I cleaned the bottome one yesterday. Love it when it looks like new after a good cleaning! :)

Today was going to be PS legs and abs. I will do this later this afternoon when DH takes a rest. ;)

It is pouring buckets here! I thought it was suppose to be just drizzle according to the forecast on thurs. My son has taken a trip out to western MA with a group of friends I hope he drives safely.

DD might be coming for a visit today. I bought some sneakers for her to try out. She was in need of some new ones after not buying any for several years! Look forward to seeing her just the same. ;)

Tomorrow we plan on going to a maze made at a farm in Ipswich. It is in the middle of a corn field. I have always wanted to do something like this! It sounds so different.

Belinda: Enjoy your walk today. Do what you can carefully and you'll be back in action in no time. :)

Amelia: Enjoy your rest day! Have fun at the zoo with the kids too.

Hi girls,

This morning I went for a long, slow walk (4 miles). I only burned 228 cal. WTH! Do you still think the HR is wrong? I am gonna cry. I also did Body Fusion Abs (had to modify a lot) the . I was wondering if I can do the UB in that one. No heavy lifting, she didn’t say I couldn’t use tubings/bands?

Karen, good for you getting up early and getting your workout in yesterday. Enjoy your visit with your mom. Good for you calling in sick!

Heidi, I am glad you listen to your body yesterday. I would say you deserve a rest day after 10 day’s! I hope you didn’t do to much housework yesterday? Well, Heidi! The doctor still talked about surgery, I just ignored her ! LOL! This time she was talking about the rib and my spine, if the inflammation doesn’t go down. I will try to get my MRI results on a CD, have an American orthopedist (in Landstuhl) take a look. I am still gonna go for Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy, and get the back support. I am just not so convinced that I can’t do anything besides walking! Thanks for you go thoughts! Means a lot to me! BTW, my house needs a good cleaning again! Feel free to come over! LOL! Have fun with PS legs and abs today.

I was listening to CCV1 a few day’s ago, I was almost taking off! I don’t know what it is about CC’s, they sure keep me going!
