I am getting the MRI results tomorrow:D hopefully it just confirms that all looks OK.I am going nuts:rolleyes:


I feel the pounds creeping up on my a$$:(

Today I will take my ipod, put on CCV1 and go for a nice longer walk. I will take it easy. I can't sit on my butt anymore, I think I need a good workout. Just kidding!

I just got done with my walk; I decided to listen to CCV1! I burned a total of 124 cal, yeah. Felt good to get out and walk. I can’t wait until I get a really good workout run in again. I am bored out of my mind.:rolleyes::rolleyes::(

Heidi, glad you got LM in on Tuesday. You burned 600 cal? That is fantastic! How many risers do you use? WTG, on itread 8 yesterday.You sure burning some serious calories lastly. And you will lose weight with that rate, lol! ^^^5’s! Maybe I went to deep with my stretches? I will try to stretch today, will go easy. My MRI isn’t until Friday, I was thinking yesterday was Thursday? Can’t you tell, I am going crazy?

Amelia, glad you liked yoga x! WTG, on your run/ SM yesterday. Nice cal. burn! I always eat a banana and some yogurt before my runs.

Karen, hope things will slow down for you. WTG, on keeping up with your workouts. Check in when you can, don’t worry not having time for personals. We do understand!

Last night I did KPC before heading back upstairs and getting the house cleaned up before my mom comes to visit tonight. (she will be staying all weekend) Then, just so that I wouldn't fall behind on my schedule - I dragged my butt out of bed this morning and did S&H Legs. One thing I noticed with working out at night, I don't seem as tired or hungry throughout the day. I'll see what happens today with getting up early...

Belinda - Don't feel so bad! You will get the ok to workout soon and then you can kick those chocolates to the curb!

Heidi - those stats for calories burned seemed extremely high! But then again, maybe you were at puke status during the workout? :) I know when I had a wrist HRM the stats were always high. Then I got a Nike HRM with a strap that I had to wear and then the stats were lower.

Hey girls

I finished my workout, did maximum intesity strenght. LOVE that workout. I burned 372 in the cal department.

Ive got my Niece coming over soon so ive got to get supper in the crockpot(bbq chicken,yum) and do some cleaning

I cleaned up around the house early this morning.

Hit the bike with icycle #12 40min
ab hits #7
stretch max #1 standing portion only.

Ran up the stairs for a quick shower and flew out the door to pick up my for her Doctor appointment. I was gone for the remainder of the day.

I didnt wear my HR monitor this time around so I am not sure on the cal burn. It was quite the sweat fest workout though! Highest speed on the bike was 21miles per hour.

Karen: That would be an interesting note to make on your eating and strength during the day doing your exercises at night rather than in the morning. :)
Nice workout with KPC and S&H legs. Do you think you'll have DOMS tomorrow? :)

My HR monitor is a timex ironman road trainer. It has a chest strap too. It just seems so weird to have that high a calorie burn! Maybe it isn't working properly???

Belinda: Glad that you were able to get out and walk today. I know how you are feeling with not being able to get in your exercises like you used to. I was there with my ankle!
I am just getting back to running and am so glad. It did take a couple months however.
I am keeping my fingers crossed about your MRI!

On the step workout LM I used just one riser this time because I am still being cautious with my ankle.

I love the calorie count numbers but I just don't believe that it really was that high. ;) So in my workout calendar the calories are as Cathe's program would calculate them.

Heidi, you must have a lot of energy today. Awesome job on your workouts today. I need to get a few iCycle, they sound like fun. I believe your HR is correct. My HR reads high, depends on how much I put into my workouts. It also reads low! LOL! I work out hard. Cathe’s WM, is giving me a very low cal. burn. If I go by the cal. burn at the gym (TM) is close to my HR! So I know its right. Take the cal. burn, you earned it! BTW, I only use 1 riser when doing a step workout, I used to use 2, but was hurting my knees.
