Good morning,

I can't believe October is almost over:rolleyes: Time flies! Tomrrow is my DD b-day:D We plan on going to Nuernberg, I am not very trilled.

I am super tired today, go figure! Feel like taking a rest day, but can't since we are leaving tomorrow. Still have to clean up the house a lttle, never ending story.

Not sure if I will do cardio today, lol or a full body workout? I don't have to to go to the gym tomorrow:(

DD is flying back to the states on Monday. :( this two weeks went by so quick.

Ok, need to get my butt moving! Will be back later!

Good Morning girls, i woke up late this morning and the kids will miss the school bus, ugh, there eating breakfast right now and i will have to take them in a few:rolleyes:

Today i want to do a cc @ the park, i haven't done one in a while. Im so frustrated with myself right now:( I haven't been very consistant with my eating this week. Im counting calories still but for some reason im so hungry all day(hunger pains,stomach growling and feeling famished) that i spoil it by the end of the day. Im not going over alot(except for tuesday night with applebee's) so it shouldn't cause too much damage with my weightloss so far. Ive just GOT to get a hold of it. Starting today:)

I know its hormonal, my period is due next week, this always happens at the end of the month... its just so frustrating:( the rest of the month i feel satisfied and full...

anyways...sorry to vent and whine:eek:...i will bbl

Belinda-Nice job with your workout! Pass some of the motivation my way please;)

Belinda: I too feel sad when my DD or DS head back to their apartments for school. I don't get to see them very often now. At least my DD tries to call me at least once a day to keep in touch. :)
Have a great workout but if you are that tired maybe a rest day is in order. Your body might be telling you to slow down a bit so it can catch up. ;)

Amelia: Whenever I get those hunger pangs....I run for the fridge for celery and hummus or whole wheat crackers with Lt. laughing cow cheese. A little protein and a tall glass of water tends to help with this problem. ;)

Good morning everyone!

I've finally feeling alive again! Thanks for all of the healing vibes. I'm the only one who caught the cold. Hopefully I didn't pass it along to anyone else. I probably only have the energy for a walk with the dog, but I'll need to wait for the rain to pass, and it's not predicted to. Figures, the past 2 days have been beautiful, and I've been laid up. Now that I'm feeling better, it rains all day.

Belinda - Great job on the cardio yesterday! Probably why you are a bit tired today. Enjoy your daughter's birthday tomorrow (split a piece of cake this time :)

Amelia - Sometimes when I'm hungry, I'll make a protein shake. That helps hold me over until I can get to something healthier. That's why I keep the Myoplex packets on hand.

Heidi - Hope you get Supersets in today.

Now, off to run some errands. I've drank all the OJ in the house.
 
Hey girls, i feel so much better, i just finished 4DS low impact circuit! 60mins/burned 530!

I thinking about doing a 4ds rotation...i need to go see if i can find one.

Heidi-How was supersets? I use to eat LCC all the time..i need to pick some up. Ive tried so many flavors/brands of hummus,just can't find one i like:eek:

Last night I did CTX Step and Intervals (cardio only)- I have never done this one before - it was alright. I followed it up with some Squeeze abs.

Tonight leaner legs is on tap. Hopefully DH is still sleeping so I can sneak it in. I am almost to the end of my rotation - I am now looking at doing this rotation next: http://www.thecathenation.com/forum/showthread.php?t=235769

It has alot of yoga incorporated in it - which I think I need. Unless the rotation calls for it I never get it in otherwise. I feel like I need to stretch out.

Ok, enough of a rant - back to work!
