How was your week?

Very busy and lots going on here lately. I did get in some workouts but not as many as I would have liked. This was my week:

Sun: treadmill challengers 40min 3.26miles
Mon: MIS
tues: off (mom to doc for flu shot)
Weds: itread #5 40min 3.18miles
Thur: off (DS to get his braces off)
Fri: PUB

Today's plan:
run 30-60min

Belinda-have fun with whatever you decide to do!

Heidi-Nice job on the workouts this week. Are you following a rotation or doing what you feel like everyday(which is what im doing right now)

Today is a circuit...im doing LIC,i want to go on the treadmill but DH won't wake up until this afternoon and im not waiting that long to get my workout in and over with.

No weightloss to report this week girls, had a feeling after last weeks 3.4lb loss that i wouldn't lose this week, Oh well, i will continue on. The last couple of days have been pretty hard though...always hungry? I want to listen to my body and eat a little bit more but im scared to go over my calories for the day. Im having a cheat meal tomorrow and i CAN'T WAIT, were going out somewhere...i want chinese:eek::eek: yummy
 
I just ate lunch and i feel soooo much better, my stomach was growling and my energy was lacking during my workout.

I decided to do a low impact step premix,cardio & weights, she uses a stability ball and three lb dumbells but i grabbed heavy weights and had some good burns and got my HR pretty high...good workout. I can not stand those dynamic outer thighs on that one...ugh

Hi everyone!

Today's workout was high step circuit - probably too easy, but gave me the all over body workout that I wanted. Very busy today (DH's b-day included among today's events) and rainy once again. Want to go for a run it the sky will cooperate.

Belinda - What did you do today?

Amelia - I know exactly what you mean about the dynamic outer things! I usually grab heavier weights on that one, too.

Heidi - Runs are getting better, when I can get them done in between the rain. How does DS like his smile without the braces?

Now to get some warm soup! Have a great rest of the day!
 
Hi Sherry and Amelia! Great job on those workouts today!

Still haven't got to my run. I woke so early this morning that I ended up going back to bed at 8am. I didn't wake again until 1PM! I have been having terrible nights sleep for weeks now. I have gone to the doc and she has run some tests which came back on thurs. I guess I am of that age....if you get my drift.
I am taking black cohosh for night sweats and melatonin for a sleep aid. Nothing has
really kicked in yet....maybe it takes a week to get used to.

Just finished making dinner for the family and now I will drink some water and hit the treadmill. :)

It is raining here too. It will be for the rest of the weekend I guess.

My sons teeth look great! He seems quite pleased with the outcome. He is taking very good care of them which makes me happy too. ;)

Sherry: Happy Birthday to your DH! Are you going out for this or making a cake for him? :)
