I just finsehed Push and Pull! I only burned 155 cal. thanks goodness I am burning a lot of cal. on the TreadClimber.

I plan on taking a rest day today! Im going with DS to see a play, the tortoise and the hare, should be fun. Its his first field trip of the year.

Last night I did Step Blast! Boy was I fried after that one! I added on the SJP abs afterwards as well. (those are tough too!)

Tonight is supposed to be Supersets - which I'm not all that fond of - but I'll give it a whirl if I can get the workout in today. DH might have other plans when I get home...

Sherry: Amy's workouts are very high energy and I think are very comparable to Cathe's workouts. Amy is a little more fancy with her steps sometimes but she is fun! I don't have any of her step workouts yet though - mostly hi/low and kickbox type. Mindy Mylrea is another great instructor. I just bought her Workout! and Bosu workout and they are both killers. (some of the moves I had a hard time doing which doesn't usually happen to me with Cathe's workouts)
 
Hi everyone!

It's already been an interesting day. First thing this a.m. (7:30) we had to be at school for DD's stage debut for her musical theater class. Then after dropping DH off at work, I had errands to do, including buying B-day presents for him (for tomorrow). While I was out, I gave in to a cinnamon crunch bagel from Panera while waiting for Baskin Robbins to open up in order to get a cake (DH's dad owned a BR while he was growing up; even when we first started dating). So when I finally made it home, I went for a run with the dog (she's doing the Turkey Trot with the rest of us so she's in training, too). It was the best first mile that I've done recently. Fortunately I did the short loop because we didn't beat the rain. Once back home, I went downstairs to do LIS. Shortly after I started, I noticed a rather large spider on the wall. I probably did one of the more high energy workouts that I've done in a while because I was paying more attention to the spider than how exhausted I was getting. The spider cooperated and waited until the cool down to move, then I could go get rid of it. Finally I finished with abs. Whew!

Now I'm getting cleaned up to go make goody bags 9with stuff bought this morning) for DD's soccer team tomorrow (last game of the season). DS had cross country practice on the rail trail, so it will either be canceled or he'll be cold and wet. DD has soccer practice tonight, then I get to go scrapbook.

Belinda - don't worry about the lo calorie burn for weight training. Remember, muscle burns fat, too.

Amelia - The play should be fun. Enjoy!

Karen - The workouts are something to put on my with list. Glad you can join us more regularly.

Heidi - Where are you? Hope you are doing ok. Probably just busy like the rest of us.
