Had a very busy day yesterday. I forgot I had another PT appointment; this time he had me do some exercises to strengthen my core and back. Then I had a massage on my lower back and hip. I felt weird; most of my butt was exposed. LOL! I guess that is the only way he can massage the area that is hurting. The good news, I am doing all my core exercises correctly. All the exercises he has me doing, I have to tighten my stomach and squeeze my bottocks for all exercises, which is working your core/back muscles. He also showed me hamstring/back stretches which I don’t have to bend over. I learned a lot in 1 hour. I have another PT appointment today.

I also took my dogs for a walk last night and did more exercises for my back.

Today I will do cardio at to the gym. BBL to report my workout.

Hi ladies,

I am done with my workout, I ended up doing the TreadClimber. I traveled 3.25 miles and burned 660 cal. Needed that after last night crap I ate:p

Amelia, wtg on ME yesterday. I also hate leg presses. I didn’t use so many risers either, lol! The last leg press, I dropped the weight to 5 pounds, lol. I almost skipped that one.

Karen, hope you enjoyed your kickbox workout yesterday. I sure miss kickboxing.

Sherry, congrats on your weight loss. That is fantastic, girl! Sometimes it helps to change things up a bit. Glad you enjoyed the 4DS Kickbox and Legs yesterday.

Heidi must be busy these days? Hope you have a great day, girl!

I think we lost Allee. Haven’t seen her around for a long time.

Ive got a speech meeting at my DS(4) school at 10am, so i plan on getting in a step workout before then...im considering bm2 timesavor! LIC is funtoo...or RS...lol

Last night I opted for Amy Bentos Kickbox Surge workout. I did the first four step combos + Surges, but then I skipped to the cooldown midway through the 5th section due to the weird twisty kick things she was doing. I just didn't have the energy last night to do that kind of thing.

Tonight Step Blast is on the rotation - but I might do something else instead - too many choices...

Hey girls...finished bm2 timesaver. I used risers this time and my HR got in the upper 180's:confused::confused::confused: i had to back off during those circuits and catch my breath, geez!

I did it! Finished my run. I can almost do 2 miles now. I've got, what, 5 more weeks to work up to 3. I know I'll get there. Finished up with a cool down lap with the dog.

Amelia - Thanks for will power dust. It must have worked.

Karen - I haven't tried any Amy Bentos. How does she compare to Cathe? The library doesn't have any of her stuff so I can't try it. Although is does have Jari Love, which I've thought about checking out.
