Hi and good morning,

I am sore this morning:rolleyes: I have an appointment with the PT this morning, at least she is gonna tell me what and what I can't do anymore and how to train with good form.

Today I will go to the gym if she is up too:eek: and so some cardio. If not I will figure something else out.

Sherry, BF is a good one. Glad you enjoyed it. DD is staying 2 weeks. We never got that yoga in yesterday. Congrats on your 2 pound weight loss, girl!

Amelia, great job with your run and cal. burn.

Hi ladies,

I just came back from my physical therapy. All that pressing she did on my back really hurt. What she wants to do is core stabilization. She is gonna work with me twice a week for 4 weeks starting tomorrow. On top I am still getting my massages. LOL! I should be as good as new. She wants me to keep exercising. Still no running until the pain in my back flairs up. She still doesn’t want me to run this week (maybe next week?), but told me to use the elliptical or the TreadClimber. As far as weight training goes, she said for now no heavy lifting, nothing over 10 - 15 lb DB for UB, absolutely NO deadlifts or anything bending over. Lunges or squats are fine; yesterday I used a 45 lb BB for squats and deadlifts (that is probably why my back hurts today) yesterday. LOL! I have to avoid some of the ab exercises that put a lot of pressure on my back, but she will work with me on that. I am really happy I saw the PT today; it is giving me hope that one day I will be back on track. I almost wanna cancel Shock Cardio; I don’t think I ever will do all those jumping jacks and high intensity again. I have to be careful for my disc not to shift.

I will be back to report my workout. REPEAT AFTER ME:p I WILL GO TO THE GYM TODAY. I NEED A GOOD CARDIO TODAY.;) bbl!
 
Today is cardio outside. Hopefully it will get warm quick, suppose to be in the 70's today:eek:!! I plan on having another date with Sean @ the park;):p

Ive got TBL power sculpt coming today...I plan on doing it tomorrow.

Belinda-That good news from your PT! Atleast now you know how much you and lift and what your able to do without any further injury! Have a good time at the gym! How long is DD going to be with you in germany?

Thanks Amelia, DD is staying 2 weeks. I am sure I can start lifting heavy again once my back is getting stronger again. Have fun at the park with Sean;):eek:

Very busy for me lately! Sorry I am not around as much these days.

Belinda: Oh that is great that the PT appointments are going so well!

Today is another busy one for me. DS has an early day, my Mom needs to be picked up for an appointment and I have work as usual.

I can't remember the last time I checked in! But I have been working out most days last week. My day off was last tuesday so I guess today will be too. ;)

I hope you all are doing well and hopefully I can get back to checking in with you all on a regular schedule.

Hi girls,

I ended up doing CCV4 on the TM today;) Burned 494 cal. Had a great run. I know, I shoudn't run, but all the TC were not working or taken.

I will be back later!
 
Finally a chance to check in today. I did LIS and even did abs! (those one the disc). Is nearly 60, so the dog and I are headed out for a short run. We'll be back just in time to start the afternoon busy-ness.

Belinda - Sounds like the PT will be able to help you. Nice run (at least it was cusioned by the treadmill - I'm heading out to concrete).

Amelia - Enjoy your even nicer weather. How was the park?

Heidi - Most importantly, you've been getting the workouts in.

Heidi, glad you still keeping up with your worouts! Nice job, girl! We miss you. You have a lot going on, make sure you get some rest as well.

Sherry, you did LIS and you went for a run? You go, girl!

I did all my core excerises form the PT, sure felt them in my core and back!
