Good (barely still) morning!

I wanted something old and reliable today, so I pulled out Body Fusion. I'd say it just about did me in. Glad I'm trying to get back on the ball. I'll take the dog for a walk here this afternoon.

Belinda - How long will you DD be staying? Will you be doing yoga with her?

Amelia - Enjoy your CC workout. Will you be going to the park to do it today?

I finally figured out how to add the weight loss ticker. Maybe it will keep me focused.

Sherry-i love body fusion...WTG on it! I need to buy that one agian..i miss it. It was one of my first cathe's.
I did the cc today on the treadmill, its suppose to be in the 70's the next three days...i may be going to the park then.

Belinda-MIC is tough....NICE JOB!!! Enjoy your yoga and dogwalk later with your DD!

I finished CCV4 earlier...it was a good workout. 43mins and 390 burned. My stomach has been growling all day,ugh...its going to be one of those days.

Well the sun is shinning and its in the 60's outside...think i will tackle the yard with the lawn mower have a good day girls...
