Hey everyone! How are you??
I had a minute so I thought I would check in for once! I think my sister and I are doing Cathes January 04 rotation? I'm not entirely sure - it has alot of cardio and less weight days. Last night I did MIC and my legs felt like they were filled with rocks by the end. Good workout though - I don't know if I have ever done that one all the way through before. Today is my rest day - DH and I are going to see a movie. (I think that one "where the wild things are" - or whatever its called)
I had some bad weeks in the past with my eating. My DH finally said I should really count calories to see exactly what and how much I'm eating. So that is what I have been doing for the last week. I signed up on myfitnesspal.com and am logging everything. So far so good. I just have to keep telling myself that the process is slow. I WILL lose the weight I want if I stick with it! Right?
DH was teasing me that he had purchased P90x - but it was all a lie!

He said I can buy it after I do STS 5 times. Good grief!
School is busy and work is even better.... So much to do around the house as well with winter on the way. I think we are going to clean up outside this weekend so that we are ready for the snow. (can't believe i just said that) I'm hating these rainy, cold, windy days we have been having. Its depressing already.
