I have 2 appointments this morning. I will do my full body workout this afternoon.

Morning girls

Today is 4ds HIS/chest & back. Im thinking about doing CCV#5 instead of HIS..then do the weight work.

Went to the doctor yesterday. Got my asthma meds, a steriod shot in my hip to open up my chest and some antibiotics & cough sryup. I had no idea that i had sinusitis and it was aggravating my asthma...my jaw dropped at the pharmacy :eek:

Good Morning everyone! I hope everyone had a great weekend. :)

Today was supposed to be Imax2 - but I did that one this weekend as a substitute to the original Imax - so this morning (yes, I pulled my butt out of bed this morning for a change) I did Mindy Mylreads Interval Express! yikes! Talk about intense. I was fried by the end. My heart still feels like it is going strong and I finished it over 2 hours ago.

I am trying the morning thing again because I seem to be missing alot of workouts when I do them at night. I really hate that - so hopefully I can keep my eyes awake throughout the day and everything will work out.
 
Workout done! Decided on CCV5 then 4ds chest and back. Total time was 1:11 and 545 burned.

Heidi-Have a great workout with PS...

Allee-B&G's is sooooo intense, i have a love/hate relationship with that one:eek:

Good morning everyone!

Missed a workout and check-in yesterday - no excuse but just chillin'. Today i did Step Max - it's an old workout but fairly simple choreography and a great calorie burn - 473 calories for a nearly 60 minute workout. That's fantastic considering I only used a 6" step. I usually need to use 8" to get that high a calorie burn. The weather is still warm, so after I make some headway on LaudryMax, I'm taking the dog for a run. I'm hoping the shorter step will help improve the quality of the run.

Belinda - How's your back? Hope your appointments go well.

Amelia - I'm sure the meds will do wonders to help you feel better.

Heidi - Are you excited about the closet? I would be, especially after all the time you've been putting into your house.

Allee - Enjoy B&G! That one is always a killer. I sometimes skip the leg floorwork - just don't have it in me by then.

Karen - I agree - morning workouts are the only way to get them in. Otherwise . . .

I just finished GS legs premix “ # 1 Timesaver” 32 min.+ GS back/shoulders & biceps premix “ #1 Timesaver” 36 min. + GS chest & triceps premix “#1 Timesaver” 32 min.:D
I used 15’s for back, shoulders/biceps and triceps I stayed with Cathe. For Chest presses I also lowered my weight to 25BB. For deadlifts I did leg extensions with 20 lb. Had a excellent workout today.

Just finished my workout:
PS C&B with abs and stretch
Tracey Stahls abs...only 1/4 of it because it was tough!

Allee: Have fun with B&G's! That is a great butt burner. HAHA!

Amelia: Fantastic workout for you too! :)

Karen: Just getting up is the hardest part but once you get back in the swing of it you will be rearing to go. :) Great job getting it done!

Sherry: Nice calorie burn! Have a great run with your dog later.
I have all the pieces put together and am waiting for DH to help mount the main frame to the wall. It will be great to finally hangup MY clothes. :)

Off and running. I am having dinner with my aunts tonight. :)
