Hallo ladies,

I am done with my workout. I did CCV5 on the TC I traveled 3.40 miles. I burned 728 cal, I still have to do my core/back exercises this afternoon. I am to tired right now!

Busy day yesterday. I was putting together a closet unit for my bedroom.
I did get in a 3 miles run.

Today was itread itri #12. run and cycle and run again.

My diet was a disaster yesterday, i weighed yesterday morning before the disaster happened and i was down .6 since my last WI so thats refreshing. Atleast its going in the right direction,lol. Im sure TTOTM has alot to do with that little loss..

Im going to try my hardest to stick to the cals today...my DH will be home the next four days and he always want to go out to eat somewhere...sigh. I will have to plan ahead

Hallo girls,

Heidi, sounds nice your new bedroom. What closet unit did you get? WOW, you still managed to get a 3 mile run in. WTG! I can’t do any ab crunches, sit ups are fine. Today I did the bicycle. I am getting there slowly.

Amelia, fantastic job with LM today. I do miss my step workouts, funny! Don’t be so hard on yourself, today is another day. I just had chocolate! LOL! And I am still losing weight. In moderation of course!

Amelia: Awesome job on your workout today! I am doing the same....keeping my diet clean as possible!
I just love that LM workout too!

Belinda: Your doing great keeping up with your exercise routine even though it has to be modified a bit.
My DH picked up a closet shelving unit with glass door fronts and hanging racks. It isn't installed in place yet but will be hopefully by next weekend. At least it is all ready to go in.
