he he thanks
it's funny. actually i wasn't impressed with the house looking at pictures of it. the yard is on the small side. it's brown, kinda boring looking because its a brown ranch style house. but OH BABY! on the main floor the walls and floors are pretty close to move in ready, the basement needs to be finished but not immediately, 2 car garage for our motorcycyle and car nut, last but not least that park. we could canoe or use an electric motor boat for fishing on the lake, use the park for birthday parties on and on...lol. it's so fun to say, 'my house on the lake'

i burst out laughing at that thought sometimes. how fun is that! invite friends and family over, come to our house for BBQ, and we'll go out on the lake. us. we struggle to put food on the table and clothes on our back sometimes. a house on the lake. hahahahahahhhahhahaha!
ok i had a point somewhere lol. yea, i looked at the pictures online. wasn't terribly impressed with any of the houses. this one stood out, just bc of the park. DH knew when he saw the house he would want it, he told me this later, unless the roof was falling in the livingroom. well, it's a really low price, so it makes us suspicious that something is structurally wrong, but he couldn't find much wrong with it. so that sealed it. he keeps joking with me. i said i'm not that excited about a boat, although i love canoeing, i'm excited about the trail! time to myself on it, safe, great for with the family too. plus in any of these houses with a basement, we can definitely have a w/o room. ok i guess i could ramble forever lol. we see how it goes with the bank. hopefully, there's not another interested buyer, or anything wrong with the house. i'm soo excited!
