Heidi - Ah, but DOMS are a sign that are muscles are being used. Hard to remember when you can hardly move, though.
Karen - Hopefully you can keep the flu at bay.
Workout today was Rythmic Step. I forgot how complex the choreography is. I know my calorie burn would have been higher if I had been able to keep up. Gives me something to strive for.
I've decided to go back to the original workout plan when I first got laid off. I let myself get distracted by super cleaning the yard and house, but now that all is done, I can get back to the basics and myself. So, I'll do Cathe cardio in the a.m., followed by P90X weight training, as well as my runs. Since my runs are still short (3 miles, tops) and they count as walking the dog, I think it should work. So, once I get the laundry going, I'll head back down to do chest and back.
