Last night I did Bryan Kests Power Yoga - energize. Today I am rather sore from it - however the stretching I think did me good.
Today will be some kind of cardio (I hope). I also need to pick a new rotation to do starting next week. I might start FitnessFreaks December 08 rotation.
I have had a cold since wednesday and it sucks! I wish it would go AWAY!
I finished my workout. Decided on 30mins of bm2 timesaver then 4ds lowerbody workout then PH abbs. total time was 1:16mins and 609 burned. It was a good workout...
ive got to go outside and clean up a bit, the kids and there friends has got crap all over the yard and its getting on my nerves.

I did 45 minutes of steady state run on the TM. I then did STS Ab Circuits Yoga based abs. I felt great on the TM - so great that I got into one of the songs on my ipod so much that I ended up catching my hand on the safety string and the treadmill stopped. Grr.
I'm resting up now - I feel like taking a nap. lol
