Good morning,

Hope you all had a wonderful day yesterday! I had a great one, eating was very clean except those 2 pieces of pumkin pie. Somehow they ended up in my mouth:p I only ate fish and salad yesterday. I think I did pretty good!

I will so some stretching & abs! I also will throw myself into all that madness of Black Friday:p:eek: love a good sale!

I will be back tonight!

Morning to you all!

Great time yesterday and I hope you all had a good day too! :)

First thing in the morning was a TM workout for 40min and over 3miles.Followed by a stretch with Stretch Max #3
Dinner and then another walk 3miles. ;) Had to walk off my meal and a glass of wine.
Didn't eat too much so I was comfortable and it was turkey with veggies. NO BUTTER ADDED AND NO EGG NOG. ;) I did have a small piece of pumpkin pie with whipped cream later. What's Thanksgiving without the pie anyway? ;)

Plan for today:
PS legs and maybe a cycle workout.

Belinda: Enjoy your shopping day! I hope you find some great bargains. Me...I can't handle all those crowds so I am staying put with my visiting family. :)

Good morning Heidi and all who follows,

Heidi - nice job, on your eating yesterday and workouts today! Still haven't done anything yet:D German store don't have Black Friday:( The only store that offers Black Friday sales like in the US, is the PX on base here in Grafenwoehr or the PX in Vilseck (20 min drive to another US base)! Only ID card holders can shop there! They opend the PX this morning at 7 AM, DH and I were out the store by 8 AM:p:eek: Pretty good, ha! Didn't buy a lot, but still spent a lot of money:confused: I did find at the Vilseck PX, Cathe's walking kid for $10, not to bad! Not sure, what I will do with it, but I got it:eek: I always can return it later! People went nuts over the flat screen tv's, they had great deals on them! I didn't buy any since I bought 2 TV's last year on Black Friday! Our PX offered very good sales troughout the week, I am in there almost ever day,lol! I live like 5 min from the PX! Yesterday, I bought a pair of Nine West shoes for only 5$, I know DD gonna end up wanting them!:confused: She and I have the same tast in shoes and purses.

My DVD's came today! Yeah!

I think I will do that stretch you did Heidi today, I have no energy with all that shopping!

Just finished my legs and abs. Phew! I went a little heavier and I am feeling my hamstrings and calves already! Legs were shaking!!!
I will so that stretch with the band again today with you because I know if I don't my legs are going to be too stiff by tomorrow to do the CCPP day.

Speaking of CCPP....Do I log into CC? or just choose a workout from the list and do what I want? Haven't done this type of workout. Let me know what to do to join in. :) Thanks!

I searched my computer and finally found that I did have this program! It is now in a better place that I can find it...ON MY PHONE! LOL!
