Hey to everyone that follows...ive got to figure out what im doing today. maybe 4ds LIS/bic & tric's...need to do that pilates core work first(or i will never get through it:confused:)

scale is back down to what it was sunday morning,thank goodness. Im sure it will shoot back up friday morning after tomorrows meal:rolleyes: Stinking water weight....
 
No exercise today - getting ready to hit the road. Not sure I'll be able to check-in while we're gone. We do have the 5K tomorrow - should be fun regardless of how we do.

Very busy here cooking and cleaning. Kids are due home tonight from college so it will be hectic here...no exercise yesterday. Not sure if I will get any today either. I guess housework is exercise right? ;)

Have a great Thanksgiving tomorrow if I can't check-in. Just don't over do it! ;)

My workout is done. StS disc 9? 8? I don't know - it was back and triceps...thats all I remember.

It has been a whirlwind here at work this morning. My head is spinning and my starbucks mocha isn't helping the situation! I've modified this weeks workouts so that I can workout at my parents the next few days. I am really looking forward to having a few extra days off of work. My boss is on vacation today - unfortunately he has called twice already this morning. Augh!

Is anyone else doing any traveling over the holidays? Are you cooking yourself or having someone else do it?

My 50 day challenge starts today and I am ready to beat my DH who is doing it with me. I think ultimately our competing will keep me (us) on track. :)
Our mug shots last night were not pretty. I looked compressed in the photos - I really need to do some yoga...

I went to the gym with DH this morning. I did a 10 min. warm up on the TM.

This is what I did today this morning:

Lower body

Squats 16,14,12,10, 8 reps / 65 lb
Lunges 16,14,12,10, 8 reps / 65 lb
Leg press 16,14,12,10, 8 reps
Seated calf 16,14,12,10, 8 reps/ 20lb
Seated leg curls 16,14,12,10, 8 reps /50lb
Hip abduction 16,14,12,10, 8 reps / 65 lb
Hip adduction 16,14,12,10, 8 reps / 65 lb

Upper body

Triceps pull down 16,14,12,10, 8 reps/ 30 lb
Dual pulley pull down 16,14,12,10, 8 reps / 20 lb.

This is what I did this evening:

Cross train express “upper body spits”!

My upper body is fried! I will try to came back with personals, but right now I have a little problem typing, lol!

I do plan on getting up in the morning and get a good cardio workout in!

workout finished! Did core first then 4ds LIS + shoulders(skipped calves) i was so tired. Im definitely taking a rest day tomorrow. 60mins and 450 cals.
