Morning

My WI went well this morning, down 2.2lbs...feels great!

Today is 4ds Kickbox/legs&core. Im going to do that yoga core workout instead of 4ds core...bbl
 
Today is a rest day for me as well. If I get a chance I might do some yoga or abs.

Hey girls, im a sweaty mess so this will be short. I just finished my workout..it was good but agian,i was low on energy. Im glad tomorrow is a rest day. Did the biggest loser weightloss yoga core segment(which is still a challenge) then 4ds kickbox + legs. Didn't get all the leg workout in, just ran out of energy. Burned 450 in 1:16mins.
