I have been busy with paperwork so far this morning. Just ate my sort of breakfast/lunch. :)

Amelia: Have a great workout! You and I will have to get together to figure out those moves on HIS! HAHA! I haven't learned it either! Just can't seem to find the time or ambition.

Good morning everyone!

Today I decided on Cardio Kicks, burning 367 calories for the hour. Kind of low, but I had to hold back a bit because the workout pads were moving around. while I'm out today, I'll need to get some duct tape. Can't believe we don't have any. Think I need to check out the rotations for a planned schedule rather than the winging it everyday approach I've been using.

Belinda - What did you decide to do today?

Amelia - I agree - HIS is hard, choreography wise. I haven't done it in so long, I probably need to relearn it.

Heidi - On the same wave as you, wanting a kick box workout today. Enjoy that paperwork!

Hi girls,

I just did PUB/PLB "Bonus Workout", It's a total body workout, loved it! I even got my HR up on that one:eek: I burned 240 cal.! I really liked that workout, will do it again soon. For deadlifts, I did leg extensions.

I will be back for personals, I hope. Had a very long and busy weekend.

Ok...this is a crazy HRM! according to it I burned about 965cals! I put my workout for the day in the manager and it says approx. 514cals. ?

Oh well.....I should just average all these numbers out at the end of the week to see what I burned in total. ;)

Hey girls, i finished 4ds HIS/chest & back earlier. I decided to go ahead and do the HIS and it wasn't too bad, that third combo had me a bit dizzy though...its alot to take in at one time:confused: It was a fun sweat fest. burned 450 all together. I think im going to like doing this rotation.

I think ive finally graduated to a 6 inch step:eek: no more platforms..of course i haven't tried Imax2 with a 6 inch step,ack!

Heidi-Great job with KPC, that workout is so much fun!(and tough)

Belinda-WTG on your workout...sounds fun!

Hi,

Late post...

OMG!!!:eek: is all I can say. B&G is one tough workout. I was flat on the floor like in 5 miutues. My lower body ache so bad. No complain. I like it.
