Good morning

I took a rest day yesterday, had to deal with a flat tire, the third flat tire in two weeks. We had to buy two tires last week when my kids left a glass cup in the driveway and we ran over it. I guess it got the third tire as well:confused:. Then i had to deal with NO WATER:mad: apparently the neighbors had a leak.

Well, all is well now so for the next four days i plan on getting in a cardio and all of the 4ds weights. Im thinking LIC timesavor then 4ds shoulders,core & calves.

Good morning,

I am fried:eek: I ended up doing PS warm up + legs/floorwork (got a nice burn) + stretch, PS chest, shoulders/triceps/stretch + PS Back and biceps/stretch. I think I am done for today!;)

I am still super sore in my lower body. I know DOMS are supposed to be good, but this is rediculous! I soaked in some epsom salt last night and also put on muscle rub afterwards, alas this morning I am still sore. Grr. I did manage to do Disc 19 Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. Whoa what a workout! It was hard to wash my hair after that. :confused:

Apparently tomorrow 4DS Kickbox in its entirety is supposed to be done; however, with my lower body already screaming I don't know if I could do more lower body tomorrow. :rolleyes: We will see I guess.

I am very excited about the BFFM holiday challenge. I signed up for it last night but this weekend I have to take before shots and get all of my measurements, etc. posted. So much to do!

Amelia - That is the pits! I hope things only get better from here on out!

workout done as planned, my shoulders were talking to me,lol. Total time was 1:03 and 501 burned.
