Morning,

I am done with CCV7 on the TC;) Traveled 4.15 miles and burned 850 cal. I pushed myself today, I was thinking about Thanksgiving and all those extra cal.:p Need to work a little harder until next week. I also did 3 sets of leg presses , leg curls and leg extensions ) in the gym. Getting ready to work my abs, shower talke the dogs for a walk. Tonight I will do my core/back workout.

And no I will not be cooking for Thanksgiving! In the morning, I will go to the gym. In the afternoon I will go with DH to the Mess hall on base

im not sure what im doing today. My rotation calls for 4ds KB + legs,core.....guess i could do that:rolleyes: i will do some kind of cardio and some lifting today..just not sure what.

OMG, I am sooo sore. My lower body is full of DOMS. It is painful to even sit down. Those STS leg workouts from Meso 1 just always fry my legs! ugh.

My alarm went off this morning and I sooo did not want to get out of bed. Unfortunately I knew that if I didn't that I would not be able to get back to sleep but instead beat myself up for not getting up. So I dragged my sore butt out of bed and did Imax3. I hate this one, its hard! (especially with sore legs) I chose to do this one on a 6" instead of the 8" because I was so zombie like when I first started. I am pooped out now and wish I was in bed rather than at work. :(

My goal over the next 2 months is so lose weight, not gain over the holidays. Is anyone a BTFFTM book owner? He is having a challenge with great prizes for those who can lose weight over the holidays. (or something to that effect) I think I am going to join the challenge; it will keep me on track. (hopefully)

Good morning everyone.

Back from a long walk with the dog. now, heading off to another meeting about going back to school, then hopefully a run. I just started reading Outlander and am enjoying it thoroughly. BUT, I'm not letting it get in the way of my workouts (saying this out loud as a promise to myself! I tend to get caught up in good books and can easily abandon everything else!). I've got a house to clean and food to make. I'm having my scrapbooking friends over Friday to introduce them to the fun of stamping (not a party - just digging into my collection - I tend to make my own cards). Then on Saturday, I'm having my old work group over. It's been about 6 months since we all were let go, and I miss them all. We spent more time together than we did with our families.

Belinda - Yes, another great workout for you. I don't have to cook on Thanksgiving either, since we're heading out of town. I am, however, bringing the butter in the shape of a turkey (local store sells them).

Amelia - Enjoy whatever you decide to do. What book are you reading now? And more importantly, do you have your tickets for New Moon yet? DD and I still need to get ours. She decided she'd rather go with me than the large group from school (very cool english teacher taking all of them) - too many obnoxious girls going.

Heidi - Yes, I'm still running in the Turkey Day Race. I'll be the slowest one of the bunch. DH should be with me, but he'll push himself so the kids don't show him up too bad, then complain for the rest of the day and the next how much he hurts!

Karen - All that soreness is DOMS, right? And DOMS is a good things, right? Hope you got more sleep last night.

Allee - How are the workouts going?

Hi girls,

Heidi, I don’t remember the last time I cooked on Thanksgiving? It’s been a while, lol! DH and I are gonna visit all the Dinning Facilities (mess-halls) in Grafenwoehr (we have two mess-halls), Vilseck and Hohenfels (have four more). We will travel most of the day. The reason is, it’s part of DH job to serve food and talk/visit with all of the soldiers and their families. My DH and his commander are the most senior (not by age, lol) command team in all of Bavaria. For them it is a labor of love. Me and Martina (the commanders’ wife) represent the senior spouses of the Army and do the same with our DHs. The Army is a big family and the Dining Facilities put on an amazing spread. So aside from it being part of his job, the food is great. BTW, the energy didn’t stop in the gym. I came home worked on my core, took the dogs for a walk. Cleaned bathrooms moped floors and changed sheets. Went a little shopping (my fav. part), went to the grocery store and cooked dinner. Now I am tired! Oh, by the way! I am up since 4;30 am. LOL! Enjoy GS legs/run or bike workout.

Miss Amelia! Your workouts are rocking too! LOL! Look how much weight so far. Have fun with your 4DS KB/legs and core today.

Karen, who is BTFFTM? Sorry, I am a little slow! WTG, on your DOMS and getting your workout in this morning.
