Hello!
Woke up, did Total Body Stretching this morning because I was stiff after yesterday's workout (and it was only the Firm!). Went to the first day of work. Found out I'm sitting near the kitchenette, so no excuses for not bringing my lunch. Tonight just finished The Firm's Cardio Sculpt blaster (light on the weights - only used 3 and 5#'s). So another good day.
BTW - we started adding kale to our smoothies - no real change in taste and the added vitamins - very good!
