Today I did iTread set 2, 60 min on the TC;) I burned 732 cal. I had no energy to round it up today:confused: I will do my back/core today.

I did a pilates/core workout then bm2 timesavor yesterday and was completely wiped afterwards. I then proceeded with my pizza and brownies:p less guilt;) i was shaking with that core workout..

Today is a CC#4 in the afternoon, ive got a speech meeting with my DS's pre-school teacher this morning. Meanwhile i plan on harvesting fake crops on farmville and farmtown:p:D im so hooked on those games:eek: there so much fun:eek:

Really quick here. Only had time for a 30 minutes workout, so pulled out Basic Step. Now, chugging a protein shake and heading up to school for a budget meeting. Also, want to do a run inbetween LaundryMax. Wa son the computer all day yesterday working on a photo album for a gift for Christmas. Now my back is aching - stretching later, too.

Today I did Disc 15 of STS - Back and Biceps. I'm glad that is over with. :) I may try to squeeze in some abs later today. I never did get any yoga in yesterday - but it was still a good rest day.

Today is butts and guts. I know there is no way I am going to finish the whole dvd. So, I will have to split the workout in half. I am doing the floor portion only.

I did my GS chest and tri this morning and then headed off to work. I am starting to feel it already even though I went pretty light.
