Good morning,

Not sure, if I will work out today:eek: I am not feeling well this morning, I feel like I am coming down with a cold. I am very excusted, maybe I didn't get enought sleep last night. We got home at 10:30 pm. It was a lot of fun but also a long day. I thought it was cool that ESPN played live in Grafenwoehr on Veterans Day yesterday. We gotten so many emails from friends in the US, telling us they saw DH and me on TV. I will try to get a copy, for memories:) Of course, all the sports events were Army style:D

I think you totally deserve a rest day. Definitely if your body says rest, you should.

I spent the last 1 hour or so singing along with the radio(all different kinds of songs) while i rode my recumbent bike. yea i'm in a good mood. It was another really good day. great day for me staying on plan. i hate that phrase, it makes it sounds like i'm following a strict diet with things i can't do or i'll be punished. But, that's what i did. I exercised as much as i could, since i have alot of time that's usually alot. i didn't eat too much. i ate healthy. i really have been trying to work on building my leg muscles more. i'm doing weights with my arms too, push ups etc to keep the calories burning a tad more. can't hurt to have more muscle in my arms. Anyway, focusing on the legs. I've been doing alot of lower body work. squats, lunges etc. i try to fit in a some version of a lower body exercise while i'm doing other things during the day. then later when i get on the bike, or do weights it doesn't take forever to feel it. today i mostly walked up this big hill on the edge of the park. i went up forwards 20 times. backwards...i think i did 20 times too. i lost count. i also did a few walking squats up the hill. maybe 10 each side. 11 step ups on a bench. that was about 30 mins this morning. inside i did more lower body stuff. including about dot com's best butt routine. squats, walking lunges, step ups, quadruple extensions(this is when we are on hands and knees lifting the knee backwards), and one leg squats. i also did some dead lifts today. another thing that's new( the first one was trying to walk up the hill forwards and backwards), i increased my squats weight. i often do them without weights, they really do feel effective it just takes forever to wear me out. when i do use a weight for squats, it's a 25# db. so today i tried using both cast iron 25's doing the squat. even though i was tired i could do a whole set of 12. i surprise myself sometimes :) so now i know i can use the 25's for deadlifts and squats. maybe that's all i needed. just increase my weight.
then after the kids came home from school, we took some tours of houses. this was the first time they came with us. the other times, they were in school. they had fun telling us what they liked about the different places. this one doesn't have enough cubboard space mommy(in the kitchen), this one has the stove you like, oh this room is already painted pink...it was fun. we are putting in an offer for our fav. again. hopefully we'll here back sometime tomorrow. the other house we put an offer on, someone put in an offer before us. but this house has lots of updates. completely move in ready. it's really the best house we've looked at. so if it goes through we could be moving in by christmas. we'll see though lol. i've said that before.

edit to add: i'm working abs too. i'm trying to hit every muscle. i needed to work especially hard today. i'm consistently bad at keeping up with the exericise on the weekend. if i don't have doms tomorrow...there's something wrong with me lol.

Belinda: How are you feeling? Sorry to hear your not well.
You are right...I have been pretty busy lately. Weds. I had a long work day but did manage to get in a run with my daughter. We ran 3.5 miles which around here is very hilly.
Oh you bet I felt that Thursday! I didn't start feeling it until around noon and then yesterday was really bad.
Thurday I was with my Mom for her thyroid biopsy. We then went for breakfast and I had to go to work right after.
Friday was more work, paperwork and house stuff. I have had a house full these past couple of days! Today is the same....

I made the mistake of having a beer last night and now I have a bad headache. Weird...considering I only had one glass. Maybe just run down and everything is catching up to me.
Took some advil and when it eases I will try for a run or bike workout. This should help my head....it usually does. ;)

Hello Kristina! Wow what a workout routine! I hope you are feeling some great DOMS today! ;) Funny how kids observe things huh? ;) So cute!
