Morning,

I just finished CCV8 on the TC :p that was my first time doing that one! This one is a tough one, I was a sweaty mess. Had a lot of fun. I didn't push myself to much today, still had an excellent workout. I traveled 3.66 miles. I burned 760 cal.

I still have to walk the dogs. Later this afternoon I have PT appointment with a massage;) Better get busy! BBL!

Ive got a step workout plus legs and core from yesterday on tabs. I took a rest day yesterday because my right shoulder/upper back were hurting. Ive done something to them. I can't imagine doing KB with my shoulder the way its hurting.

Belinda-Your calorie burns lately are just awesome...nice job! Enjoy your PT appt.

Good morning Amelia, be careful with your shoulder/back, you don’t wonna end up like me! If you are hurting, don’t lift weights today. Rest your shoulder/back;)
 
I am in so much pain. My lower body is just exhausted. The deep muscle tissue in my butt specifically is just screaming. I don't know how - but this morning I manged to do Rythmic Step with the 8" step. By the 3rd step combo I was getting really tired, but pulled through and finished the whole thing. I really do love that workout - but this morning my legs were preventing me from enjoying it as much! I will definately be using the muscle rub tonight!

Hey Karen-WTG on RS today! I love that workout too..actually,ive only done the first and second combo,lol,one day i will do the whole thing.

workout done, decided on the older low impact step on a 8' step. I burned 330 in 35mins. No weights today..gonna give the shoulder one more (if not more) days to rest. It feels better today..yesterday i could hardly move it..

Karen: Fantastic getting up early and doing RS! A good easy stretch out with a warm soak and massage sounds just right. :)
