My legs are fried. This morning I did Plyo Legs disc #35. I love the plyo leg workouts - they are hard, but fun! Unfortunately my butt still hurt from last weeks legs workout so it hurts even more now. What doesn't kill you will only make you stronger, right?
I am super tired this morning. I had to stay up to watch the biggest loser. (disappointed about the eliminated player...) Also, last night I dreamt we had 2ft of snow and when I went to get in my car it wouldn't start! I was crying and so stressed out! All I kept thinking was "Thats it, I'm getting a new car! I'm tired of repairing this POS!". Then the alarm went off and I was like "nooooo, more sleep!".
DH and I have gotten more stuff done around the house. (well, mostly I got things done) The kitchen is pretty much ready...now on to the living room. Its kind of annoying that DH has motivation to clean up the house when his parents are coming to visit. (he must want to impress them) Though, shouldn't he want to impress me?! sigh. Oh well, I won't complain - at least its getting done.
Karen, wtg on your DOMS! At least your house get done. I forgot, I had the STS book. LOL! I am gonna review all the exercises, especially legs and see if I can do it. BBL!

Nice job on your workout. I gave up on those plyo legs a long time ago. They are just too hard on my knees rights now.

I was looking through the STS book yesterday, don’t see a reason why I can’t do it? I would only do Meso 1 (with the weights I am using right now), just to change things up. The only problem I saw, were all those deadlifts for back/legs! I will take the book to my PT, see what she/he thinks. I also want to start the 100 push up challenge, not sure if my back can handle all that? I know, I want a lot, lol!
