Yesterday I did P90X back and legs! I will do chest today, this way I finish up this week. Next week I will do a Cathe rotation, not sure which one yet?

We had to put our RV in the shop for new tires. We will leave Thursday or Friday and head to El Paso. I will check in when I can, I am hoping I have internet on the road?

Hi all!

Workout done - Insanity Plyo Cardio Circuit. Does get the heart rate going.

Took DD to the dr for a recheck this morning. Things are progressing well. We'll get more brain pics in a few weeks to really see. In the meantime, she can start conditioning, but no sports yet - that's really driving her crazy. Only time will tell how well it all heals.

Belinda - Happy Birthday! Hope you can enjoy your day!

Heidi - Nice job getting in D10! No problem skipping abs when your body needs it.

Nice job on your workout! Is that one tough? Just the name scares me. LOL! :)

Oh that is great news so far on your DD. She will be back at it soon but a little more cautious I am sure. :)

Great workout yesterday and love using the heavier weights. Back is doing better today and I will continue with skipping twisting ab moves or using weights for this. Better safe than sorry. ;)

Today I plan on Atheletic Step...haven't done it in awhile so hopefully I don't get too frustrated with it. ;)

Hi all!

Did a short 1 mile interval run today. Was feeling really good during it all. Hopefully the cardio is coming back.

Heidi - Did you get your workout in? I love the heavier weights, too. Are you planning on doing a whole rotation?

Belinda - How's the rv and preparations for the driving adventure? Hope you can get your workouts in amid the chaos.

Sherry: Oh that is great! Did you do your interval at a track or on a TM? Nice job! I was just checking out a book "Run Your Butt Off." ;) Was tempted...but deleted the ad so I wouldn't get it. I will use a beginners racing guide to get back to my outdoor running too.
As for the AS workout...argh! I did about 1/2 and was so confused I did more standing and watching then moving. Plus my phone kept ringing!
My day got really busy and I never got it done after.

I will do a TM run shortly to get my head cleared. Yup...another one of those darn headaches.
I also had legs on tap....have to get my head better before that one. ;)

I am following..or should I say trying to follow the STS 3.5mo rotation with cardio and abs thrown in. How about you?

Another busy day so I better get moving or I won't.... ;) Hopefully meeting up with my Sis later too. :) She has finished her Chemo! yeah! She is hanging in there and doing well.
