Off to have a protein shake and I still have to make some portein pancakes!

Im going on a field trip today with DD to see a play. Were seeing Charlotte's Web....she is so excited,i am too! Then we have to get some grocerys...my refrigerator is very sad looking. Then at the end of the day im doing a upperbody workout. Ive got either 4DS or PUB in mind! BBL

Belinda: Great job getting disc #4 done this morning. YEAH you didn't forget those abs! :) How did you like the abs from Ab circuits Weight and Plates the other day? Or...did you not have time for them? I did them and they were tough! I got DOMS from them as well. Enjoy those pancakes!

Hi Belinda!

:) I am going to skip abs today because I did MIS abs on Saturday and am really feeling the DOMS now combined with the abs I did on thurs. :eek: I will do abs tomorrow though. ;)

It is snowing here again! Up to 6" due for today. It was shorts weather yesterday! Just really weird weather lately.

Off to my workout!

Good morning everyone!

Today was STS Disc 10! Yikes! I have to say that I was very pooped out by the end of this workout. Those overhead press dropsets at the end absolutely killed me. I was supposed to do my heaviest with 20lbs but at that point I was like "no way is that happening". I ended up doing 15,12, & 10. My shoulders felt like jello on that last set.

I followed up upper body with the stability ball abs. I haven't done this one yet so I didn't know what to expect. I have to say the side to side ski things...they weren't happening very well! I tried though. I have something to work towards I guess. I think I did better on the one legged pikes! Go figure.

This week is going to be great - a full week without our boss! :cool:
I hope everyones Monday is a good one!

ps. I will post basement pics as soon as I find time...we are still no where near done - but we are making good progress!
 
Hi Ladies,

Ohh...everyone is working out so hard.

All I did this morning was some crazy dance. Probably didn't burn much. I guess it is still better than nothing.

Hey girls...it was a fabulous moring with my DD at the field trip,then i went by myself to get some grocerys(nice and quiet) then after supper i decided on PUB and a dog walk. Im dripping wet with sweat so im off to hope in the shower and put my favorite pj's on:p

Jay-Im sure you burned alot of cals...what was the name of your workout agian?

Back to check in late with my workout done!

Disc #7 finished!!! Struggeled big time on the drop sets of push-ups! The last set of 6 I finished #6 flat on my face laughing!

Amelia: Great job on you workout! We were doing our upper workouts at the same time.

Hey Jay! Dancing is a great workout! Sounds like it was fun too! :)
