Good morning ladies,

I will do some yoga today! I am starting M3 tomorrow:eek: We still have a lot of snow, I am so sick of snow:mad:

Karen, glad you enjoyed SM yesterday. Did you buy any books?

Amelia, I say go for it with FF's rotation, they are awesome! Nice job with PH yesterday. How do you like livng in your new house?

Heidi and Sherry, hope you start posting again! Miss you girls!

I am done with Gentle Yoga with Suzanne Deason! I forgot how good that one was, she does a lot of exerices for your spine/back. Need to pull that one out more often;) I added my PT exerices too.

Today is LM intervals 1-4 then 4ds core, then im hoping to get in some nice relaxing yoga...probably one of Rodney Yee's Am workouts.

Belinda -awesome job on your yoga workout,congrats on starting meso 3 tomorrow! I love my new house, i asked DH why on earth didn't we move sooner...my gosh,it makes me sick to think of all the problems we put up with at the old place and for so long.

I forgot to mention....did anyone happen to watch Rachael Ray Friday? She had Ricco DiSpirito on there with his new recipe book called Now Eat This...i think im gonna pick it up, there is over 150 comfort foods in it that are all UNDER 350 calories! They made Cheese sticks that looked DELICIOUS and some pizza that i want to try...

workout done, i wish i would have worn my HRM...its in the bedroom where my DH is sleeping(he worked last night,didn't want to disturb him). Did Day #2 of FF's rotation, i also added in some Yoga that was VERY relaxing.

My stomach still isn't quite right:( guess it will take a few days for it to settle down...
