today is a rest day and boy do i need it....TTOTM is trying to start but hasn't fully started yet,which is a new one for me. Im sure its just all the stress ive been through lately:(.

Were going out this evening(hopefully,if the kids feel better) were gonna go eat somewhere and then go play some pool or walk around the mall,something we never do...that place is way to busy for this country girl;), the kids are suppose to spend the night at my moms.

i SO don't feel like going to work and dealing with all the 'crazies' that call in that doctors office:rolleyes:. Once i get my experience and im ready to work full time...im not working there,no way!

Belinda-I forgot my mase yesterday:rolleyes: didn't write it down. Im useless without a list of what i need:rolleyes:. Great job with CC V 1!!!

WTG on your run! My HR is always higher than the TM? I believe my HR, because I sweat buckets! No kidding! Have a good one, girl!

Just surprised at the calorie difference between the monitor and the treadmill.

There is a huge calorie difference between the monitor and the treadmill:eek: Not sure why? I like my HR # better:p

What abs are you going to do? GET TO THEM! :)

I noticed that the calories listed for the workouts done in WM are different also...
I take those as is and enter a note for them as to whether they are TM or HRM.
Oh Well....As long as my scale is down and my pants still fit. :)

I go by my HR:D I have been losing 1 pound a week since starting STS! I bought pants a few weeks ago, the are very loose:eek: The # in the WM are very low, I guess I you go for a nice easy walk those # are correct:p

Wow that is great! #1 a week! I better get my butt moving and be more consistant with doing STS workouts. I would love those results! Bikini Here I come! :)

DH said Monday, I am getting very tiny! He couldn't believe how much weight/inches I have lost in over 2 weeks:p:p STS and running is very good for me! Love it! Have fun with your aunt and shopping!
 
Ok - well the basement will not be done this weekend. (which I kind of knew - but didn't want to say that to DH when he said it would be...) We did get more insulation and drywall up. DH has been sleeping for the last 5 hours. He works third and was just wiped out from the basement work. :(

So today has been pretty much a rest day for me. I did take the pup out for a walk and also did a 4 minute tabata thing from Youtube. My butt hurts today - not sure if its from the running I did yesterday or the pilates...

I wish weekends were 5 days long and the work week was only 2...who decided it to be the other way around??? sigh. The weekends are just too short.
