Morning Belinda, enjoy your cardio today, lol...the other day i didn't do 4ds bc, i did the original bootcamp from cathe, i think that one qualifies as a circuit right?

wk2,day1 on my rotation and it calls for ctx upper body split...i don't have ctx so i substituted supersets upper body blast premix. Its about the same amount of time (60minutes)

TOday I did Athletic Step. I really like this one - its fun! However I get really wiped out on it! :rolleyes: I wanted to take a nap after I finished.

My Mom and Sister are coming back from Oregon today so I have to pick them up later this afternoon. This means I have to clean the house up so it doesn't look like a pigs pen. I am also getting my hair trimmed this afternoon as well.

Its raining out this morning - hopefully its not a whole day event. I hope everyone has a great saturday!
 
I am done with CCC:p Holy crap! My HR spiked! All those jumps! Had to modify alot:( Some of the core work, I just watched Cathe or did crunches.I felt like puking at one point! That is one tough workout! BBL!
