Good morning ladies,

I will do Disc 27 today:D My sinus is killing me today:confused: I am all stuffed up. The weather needs to change, it's getting colder and colder every day, WTH! Maybe I shouldn't walk the dogs today? It looks like we are getting more snow:mad: I am so sick of the snow!

Karen, any ideas on a new title? I almost wrote "Do what you want just get it right" again! I am brain dead these day's:mad:

good grief im such a dork!!! i keep reading the rotation wrong...today is a rest day but i almost did a cardio because next week on day 6 in the rotation is a cardio...ARG!

I took my chihuahua to get neutered last week and ive noticed his appetite has increased. He acts like he's starving all the time...he goes through two bowls of food now instead of picking at one. He tries to sneak a bite from my labs food dish but she snaps at him and guards her bowl when he's out there...kinda funny!:p

Belinda-so sorry your sinuses are stuffed today enjoy your workout. I did BC yesterday...isn't that a circuit type workout? I will think about a new name for this thread and give you some ideas(if i can think of any:confused:)

Hopefully my poor little hula dancer on my ticker will move soon :( my eating this week has been over cals almost every day...there has got to be an underlying issue that im not dealing with here :( i will figure it out and get back on track...at least my workouts have rocked ;)

Good Morning!

I am soooo happy this morning! I only have to work a half day today! Unfortunately the reason for this is because I have a midterm exam in my Quantitative Reasoning math class at 2pm! :confused: I hope I do ok! DH came home early from work last night (430ish) because there wasn't anything for them to do. I got up a half hour later to do Back and Biceps from week two of Meso 2 (disc 18?). Anyway, I went up on my weights for the alternating curls! I was so proud of myself! I was like "yeah, baby!". haha

Belinda - Enjoy your STS today! I hope your sinus' clear up soon. Its been getting warmer here. Our snow is almost gone. :) (sorry, I wasn't trying to rub it in) :rolleyes:

Amelia - I did the same thing last week for my rotation. I did a workout from week two instead of week one because I was confused/half asleep! Also, I feel your pain on the weigh loss thing. I did horribly with my eating the last week and I am beating myself up over it every day! I was doing so good and then I screwed it all up! :mad: I'm trying to get back on track with that as well. I WILL meet my goal! (and so will you!)

My upper body is toast!

Standing BB front press (warm up) 15#, 20 #, 2 sets, 12 reps
Standing BB front press, 25#, 45#, 45#, 51#/4 sets/8 reps
BB curls, 45#
Flat bench triceps extensions, 18#

Seated lateral raise, 13#/4 sets/8 reps
Incline curl on the stability ball, 20#
Seated overhead extensions, 18#

Seated concentration curls, 20#/4 sets/8 reps
Cross body kick backs, 15#
Seated rear delts, 13#

I have to eat something, I will be back later!
 
Hey girls, i got ansty so i did some yoga..Rodney yee power yoga:strength. It was fun...except my workout top didn't exactly keep the girls in place:eek: its an older workout top so i guess its time to throw it away..

Karen-I started counting calories back in sept and was very successful at it but for some reason i cant get back on track. This as been an issue for about a month now:( but Like you said..will reach our goal! Ive just got to get focused on the prize at the end of all the hard work:cool:

Belina-got a few ideas for the name change. Workout Warriors or Taking Control or ......mmmm,i will bbl with more

Amelia, if you did 4DS BC as is, it's not a circuit workout! It's a cardio workout! There are 2 circut workouts as a premix! If you did the org. BB it's a circuit workout. Sounds like you did the org. BC:eek: LOL, about your top! You need a new one!

Karen, how did your exam go? WTG, on going up in weight! Yeah, thanks for rubbing it in:( It's still snwoing!
