Good morning ladies,
I had an ENT appointment yesterday, I was bleeding out of my ear at the doctor’s office. You would think after all that antibiotics I was taking in the hospital and still taking my ears/sinus would be gone? In the hospital I was on 1000 ml antibiotics/IV, 3 times a day plus I had to take oral antibiotics 3 x a day. I am taking Augmentin 875- 125 twice a day and I am still not 100% better, WTH? I have to see the ENT doctor again on Monday! Now the ENT is afraid I will get another fungus infection in my ear since I am taking so much antibiotics since last Wednesday. I hope we can fly out on the 9th?
DH and I are in Jacksonville FL right on the beach. We took a 3 mile walk last night. I woke up this morning and my throat is hurting, Go figure!
I can’t find my running shoes; I think we left them in the hospital? I need to call them today. I need a good run/workout soon. I am so stressed out. I can’t believe my ears/ sinus is causing me so much trouble. This was my worst ear/ sinus infection ever. The ENT doctor believes the drops I was putting in my ears for the fungus caused all of this. He doesn’t believe I had a fungus infection. I have to wait until I get back to Germany my German ENT should know what infection I had? He was testing it just the day I flew to the US, unfortunately we went on vacation too.

My DVR isn't acting right...i recorded a few shows last night and this morning there is nothing on it:mad: stupid &%*~ thing:mad: I will have to call about it today...argh

Today will be legs & glutes. Im not too excited about working my legs right now, there still sore from mm the other day. But i will stick to my rotation and quit the pity party;)

Belinda-Hugs to you, hope you feel better soon. Hopefully your running shoes are still at the hospital..

Did shoulders work today during my lunch. Basically followed the 4DS shoulder routine.

Shoulders
Round #1: Pyramid 12/10/8/6
Overhead Press 8/10/12/15
Round #2: SS 10 reps
Seated Isolation Overhead Press 15#
Upright Rows 2x15#
Round #3: SS 10 reps
Standing Lateral Raise 2x8#
Bent Arm Lateral Raise 2x8#
Round #4: SS 12 reps
Seated Front Raise 2x8#
Rear Isolation Flies 2x5#

Calves 16 reps each
Calf Raises - no wt, st-in-out
Calf Raises - 2x15#

I should feel it tomorrow. Feeling the pecs today. Funny how I always feel the pecs but not the lats.

Belinda - How awful! Hope you do feel better soon. Those docs need to figure it out. Hope you find your running shoes, too.

Amelia - Sorry about your DVR. Did you get your legs worked today?
