Hey Everyone,

I hope everyone had a good weekend. I've been off of work since last Friday - today its back to work. :confused: I am not looking forward to it.

I did one week of Insanity and just don't think I can stick to just cardio for two months. I've decided to instead do three Insanity workouts a week and then incorporate some weights on the other days. I have to figure out my actual workouts tonight...

No workout to report today yet. I slept in so that I could make it through the work day. sigh.

Amelia - I have a bosu but I don't use it very often. I have a few DVD's that use the bosu, but again I haven't used them a whole lot either. Its a fun/different kind of workout using it. I have a hard time staying on it some times though. :rolleyes:

Yesterdays workout was MM timesaver. Today I'm doing a KPC premix, the intermediate drills + combo's 1,2. Then core...should put me right at 50mins so then its some yoga with Rodney yee.

Karen-Sounds like you had a nice,long break from work! I too would include some weights..have a good workout today. Im still not sure about getting a bosu..i have so much workout equipment in the living room all ready, im not even sure where it would go?:confused: I have some things under my bed too...

Today I was able to do a SS Pyramid for Chest and Back during my lunch hour. The routine I followed was basically PUB:

Pyramid reps: 12/10/8/10/12

Chest SS:
Bench Press: 10/12/15/12/10
Incline Bench: 10/12/15/12/10

Back SS:
Lat Pull: 40/55/70/55/40
Double Arm Lat Row: 12/15/20/15/12

Tomorrow I want to do the same thing for shoulders. Wish I could log-in after my lunchtime workout, but no access to Cathe from work.

Eating has been clean once again. Very proud of myself. Two days running. We ate very poorly this weekend.

Karen - I was wondering how insanity was going. I see no problem with mixing it up. I've read several times on the OD where ladies added in weight work, too. Glad you enjoyed your weekend. Good thing it's only a 4 day work week, right?

Amelia - Nice workout. Aaah, the yoga - like that, too. Can't help you about the bosu ball. DH has talked about wanting one, but not all that interested yet. How much longer 'til your kids are out for the summer, or are they done already?
