Good morning ladies,

I had a fantasic weekend. Great company and food:p And we had wonderful weather.

Today I will take my dogs for a walk first, it's getting to hot to walk them in the afteroon, than I off to D 7 (chest, shoulders & biceps).

Turbo Fire - here I come!

Today is day one of TF! (officially starting the rotation) The first week the workouts are rather short - but next week they get longer. I was going to add in some weights - but then I said screw it - I will do the rotation as it is and see what happens. Today was TF 30 and my heart is still pumping. :rolleyes:

Good morning!

The stretching last night did wonders for me. My back feels great. However, the legs feel heavy. Hopefully they loosen up by this afternoon. I want to go for a run and tack on some other cardio. My plan of working out at lunch isn't continuing because I don't get enough time to shower, too. Can't stand the sweaty,stinky feeling every day. Plus, the plant isn't ac'd, so that only adds to it.

Belinda - enjoy your walk with your dogs and D7.

Karen - you can alw add on to the rotation after you see how it goes for a few days.

Good Morning

Today is a rest day, im looking forward to it. I plan on cleaning both bathrooms and doing laundry, i have laundry coming out of my ears...

Our quiet time last night was great. We watched a few movies and both funny. We watched "My Best Friends Girl" then "She's out of my League" Both very funny!!! DH wanted to go out to dinner but i didn't want to be around bad food at my sensitive state:p we did go to Arbys and there jr roast beefs are only 200 calories:eek: so good too:D
