Hey everyone!
Workout tonight was a brisk walk with the dog up to the library to pick up a few things on hold. Not getting in the workouts during lunch like I want because things are too hectic. As usual, excuses, excuses.
DH and I are also trying to watch a whole season of True Blood (season 2) in 1 week. That's playing havoc with my sleep schedule, too!
Compendium list was just what I needed to find premix times. Thanks! I knew I had seen it somewhere. Now I need to put together a rotation, and fast. We're making plans for a quick trip during the week I'm off while the plant is shut down, and that means a swimsuit in public. Need to get a rotation together very quickly and then stick to it! Along with very clean eating!
Belinda - Hope your legs make it ok. I'm impressed with 2 cardio workouts in one day.
