Hi and good morning,

Today I have Shock Cardio….MMA Boxing on my schedule + a run. If I go for a long run, I will skip MMA boxing!

Have a great and sweaty workout.
 
Today was cardio and I did Rythmic Step! Unfortunately I had to cut it short during the cool down because the bathroom was calling. I know...TMI! :eek:

Last night I placed my order for Turbo Fire! I can't wait until they get here. They look really fun and sweaty!

Sherry - I think you can also view the time for premixes if you go and browse through the dvd's on Cathes shopping site. There are different tabs for each workout. That is usually where I check on times.

Hi girls,

I ended up doing CCV4, outside! I burned 518 cal. Not sure if I have the engery for a second cardio today.

I am done with workout #2:p I had a sweat fest with MMA Boxing, I also did abs!

I am beat today, that was quit a workout:D Not sure how my legs feel tomorrow, I will do D3!

Hey everyone!

Workout tonight was a brisk walk with the dog up to the library to pick up a few things on hold. Not getting in the workouts during lunch like I want because things are too hectic. As usual, excuses, excuses.

DH and I are also trying to watch a whole season of True Blood (season 2) in 1 week. That's playing havoc with my sleep schedule, too!

Compendium list was just what I needed to find premix times. Thanks! I knew I had seen it somewhere. Now I need to put together a rotation, and fast. We're making plans for a quick trip during the week I'm off while the plant is shut down, and that means a swimsuit in public. Need to get a rotation together very quickly and then stick to it! Along with very clean eating!

Belinda - Hope your legs make it ok. I'm impressed with 2 cardio workouts in one day.

Karen - New videos - yeah! How are classes so far this term?

Amelia - Nice job on cardio. What did you decide about the gym?

Time to get a few things done before heading to bed.
