Good morning!

Just finished Basic Step, which was where I thought I should start with cardio again. Legs feel good. 'Course, this was after getting the guys out of the house as they do a 10 mile trail hike today, then camp overnight. Then, DD and I hit the $2 tank sale at Old navy. Now, will shower, then head out the door to DD's soccer game.

35mins of step blast done! Im so glad tomorrow is a rest day..i need one.

OH, i found these new bagels by Thomas Bagels, there pretty good. Only 110 calories. There called Thin Bagels,i got the Everything flavor. 5g protein,5g fiber, 24 carbs....pretty darn tasty in the toaster.

Sherry-WTG on BS! I forgot all about the 2$ sale @ old navy...darnit. Im just not up to going now...too tired

Sorry - checking in late today. No workout for me today. (see blog) Dh and I did alot of work on the fence in the back yard. We are both exhausted. I'll be back tomorrow!
