Good morning,

Getting us started. I am back in Germany!

Karen, Amelia, Heidi and Sherry you ALL better start checking in again, lol! I am back!

Tuesday I did P90X legs and back, my girlfriends DH wanted me to do the P90X with him. I had a lot of fun. I also did Ab Ripper. Today I will take a rest day, I think? I just flew in from the Atlanta.BBL!

Belinda - We missed you! Glad to see you back. See what happens when you go on vacation - we all go hay wire!

Sherry - I didn't mean to make you feel bad for not checking in earlier - whenever you get a chance is fine. I know how hard it is to get up and do a bunch of stuff that early in the morning. BTW - how is your job going?

Today was Butts and Gutts! Except I only did the Butts portion. :rolleyes: I will try to add on the abs tonight. I was going to do them last night but that never happened...

Amelia - What do you have planned today? HOw is your eatting going?

I really need to stop weighing everyday...sigh, up 2.2:( the scale isn't my friend right now. I've got to remember to be more patient! A*R*G! (did weights yesterday again so im sure thats the culprit)

Yesterday i ended up doing PH/UB then Jillian Michaels Yoga meltdown level one...man, my arms were on fire. Maybe I should of did the yoga first:confused: Lots of planks, slow lowering chaturangas, side planks...i had to stop 25mins into it because of arm cramps.

Today is a cardio. Not sure what yet, I wish i owned Step Blast because i would pull it out. I don't have it on DVR no more...got to record it the next time it comes on.

Belinda-Yay, your back...really missed you and i felt so bad for you because you were sick on vacation. At least it was towards the end of it...how you feeling now? Everything back to normal? Nice workouts lately girl friend!

Sherry-Hope you have a great day today!. My kids have been out since May 21st :)confused:) they go back in august...not sure exactly when yet. Seems the summer breaks get shorter and shorter every year.

Karen-Eating going well, im keeping my @ or around 1600. as you can see from my whinning im still holding steady(did lose about 7lbs of water weight the first week but nada since then) But this is my third week getting back on track so it may take a while for the weight to start coming off(a tleast i hope thats the reason because going any lower that 1600 would be awful hard,ack!) Nice job on B&G today! I need to buy that workout again...right now im focusing on getting SJP/SB

Workout done, 40min run interval on the treadmill.

I just purchased Step Blast on the Cathe Downloads...i plan on doing it right from my computer screen on Saturday,yay. I hope the download goes smoothly!

Hi everyone!

Not sure what I'm doing today. Just home now from the track banquet, but need to throw something together for dinner. Maybe just another walk, though I feel the legs are just fine now.

Belinda - Glad you're back. How's was your head on the flight home? Nice job on the abs.

Karen - Job ok (only ok - pays the bills), but I really miss working out, then checking in, in the a.m. - so much easier to get it done. Wondering how bad I really want it if I'm doing it. Glad you are back.

Amelia - Lock that scale up! They are mean. What really matters is what your body is capable of. Good job on the eating. I've been keeping it under control, so weight/inches aren't going up, but they aren't going down either.

Heidi - Miss ya!
